More About Children of the Light
OUR GOAL
The goal in Children of the Light is to support students through their high school career, one student at a time.
STUDENT SELECTION
Students are selected because of their need, passion, commitment and likelihood of success. Without the support of Children of the Light, these students would not be able to attend secondary school.
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
As a small charity, Children of the Light deals directly with the school to ensure that every cent donated goes to support the education of the selected students.
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY
All of the directors and those working to support COTL are volunteering their time, expertise and paying all of their own expenses. In this way, one hundred percent of the money that is donated for the students is used for tuition, transportation, books and uniforms.
